Spring has arrived in Southern Vermont!! Mount Snow will remain open thru the April 12th weekend! Snowmobiling is still, as of this writing, open in Woodford. Stumpjumper trails are closing fast. The official closing date for the entire Vast system is April 15. Off Season room rates apply now through late May. Call for details. FROM THE EAST

Take exit 2 off I-91 in Brattleboro Vermont. This is Route 9. Take Route 9 West approximately 14.5 miles. The Horizon Inn is on the left,1/2 mile past the Hogback Gift Shop and 100 mile view.

FROM THE WEST

In Albany, New York, take I-787 North into Troy, New York. Take Route 7 East off I-787. Follow Route 7 east in NY to the Vermont state line where Route 7 becomes Route 9 in Vermont. Stay on Route 9 East through Bennington over the Searsburg, Woodford, Mountain, down into the town of Wilmington. From the Wilmington traffic light Stay on Route 9 East, the Horizon Inn is on Route 9, ~4-1/2 miles past the traffic light. The inn is on the right (1/2 mile past the Molly Stark State Park entrance).
